All purchases made at Myrrah are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered.
We request customers to carefully review product details, sizing, and descriptions before completing their purchase. In the rare event of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist you accordingly.
A customer who receives a damaged product shall be eligible for an exchange only if a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video has been recorded from the beginning of the package opening process. The video must visibly show the sealed package, the complete unboxing process, and the damaged condition of the product. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video shall not be eligible for exchange.
