4. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver your orders within the estimated time. However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control. Tracking details will be shared once the product is shipped.

5. No Returns, No Exchange

A customer who receives a damaged product shall be eligible for an exchange only if a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video has been recorded from the beginning of the package opening process. The video must visibly show the sealed package, the complete unboxing process, and the damaged condition of the product. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video shall not be eligible for exchange.
